EARLY INTERVENTION

Autism has been recognized as the fastest growing developmental disability, and identifying at-risk children by two years of age leads to the highest likelihood of early intervention.

Research suggests that early intervention programs are beneficial for children with autism spectrum disorder, often improving developmental functioning and decreasing maladaptive behaviors and symptom severity.

Each child serviced at WeTherapy receives a language and learning assessment in order to identify deficits in communication, social skills, and daily-living skills, as well as identify the function of behaviors targeted to decrease.

An individualized program is developed, monitored, and modified by a highly experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Data is collected during every session by the Behavior Technician (BT), and data-based decisions are made by the BCBA to determine programming changes.
